	Three Vineyards The Flagship of our estate wines, The Three Vineyards is a classic Red Mountain wine showing deep, dense color, firm yet supple tannins, and well defined acidity. The Three Vineyards is a blend of fruit from our three estate vineyards: Hedges Estate Vineyard, Bel'Villa Vineyard, and Red Mountain Vineyard. Always a majority blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot, this wine is suitable for drinking upon release but will also reward those with the patience to age it. 	Two Vineyards Cabernet-Syrah An unconventional but delightful blend of Cabernet & Syrah, the Two Vineyards is the first of its kind from Red Mountain. The Cabernet provides structure and grip, the Syrah adds lush fruit, smoothness and vibrant aromatics. The end result is a truly distinctive wine. The fruit is sourced from the Hedges Estate and Bel'Villa vineyards.

	Single Vineyard Limited The Single Vineyard Limited wines are produced from the absolute best lots from our estate production. Although most Hedges Family Estate Wines are blended from two or three of our estate vineyards, the Single Vineyard Limited wines are made from lots of such eminent quality and distinctiveness that they are truly complete on their own. Approximately 100 to 300 cases per vintage of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Syrah are produced each year as the only single varietal bottlings offered by Hedges Family Estate. Showcasing superb balance, finesse and complexity, the Red Mountain Limited wines are the pinnacle of our estate collection. Available for retail purchase only through our Red Mountain Club and occasionally distributed to select markets.

	Two Vineyards Reserve After the Single Vineyard Limited lots have been selected and set aside, the best remaining 30 barrels of our estate Cabernet Sauvignon production are used to create our Red Mountain Reserve. A very small amount of Syrah and Merlot bring intensified aromatics and satin finish. The Red Mountain Reserve is suitable for long term ageing but also drinks beautifully upon release. 	Red Mountain Fortified Red Mountain Fortified is a Port-style dessert wine blended from the traditional Portuguese varietals Tinta Cao, Touriga, and Souzou and fortified with Brandy. Although formerly know as Port, Red Mountain Fortified has been renamed due to the restrictions on using place names in branding. Just as Champagne can only come from Champagne, France, "Port" can only come from Oporto in Portugal. Never cloying or overly sweet, Red Mountain Fortified provides enough sweetness to accompany dessert, but retains the structure, complexity, and balance that are the hallmarks of any great wine.
